Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and original receipt to begin the return or exchange process.
- 2.Comfort Evaluation
Please ensure you have slept on your new mattress for at least 30 nights, as it takes time for your body to adjust to a new support system.
- 3.Condition Verification
Verify that the mattress is free of stains, tears, or odors; mattresses must be returned in sanitary condition and protected by a mattress protector to qualify for credit.
- 4.Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a time to pick up your mattress and deliver your new selection or process your store credit.
